We will be continuing the scheduled maintenance on the Serverless Cloud platform on October 7 from 00:00 to 06:00 CEST.
Background: During the maintenance window on October 6, we completed the database platform upgrade for a large part of the platform. Some of the planned work could not be finished within that window. This maintenance completes the remaining work.
Purpose: Complete the upgrade of the underlying database platform to a newer SQL Server version and implement improvements to enhance performance, reliability, and long-term scalability.
Impact: Only environments that were not upgraded during the previous window will be affected. These environments will remain operational for most of the maintenance window. During the upgrade process, each affected environment is expected to experience a brief service interruption of approximately 5–10 minutes. Larger environments may experience a longer interruption. Environments that were already upgraded on October 6 are not expected to be affected.
The maintenance window includes time for validation and monitoring activities to ensure a smooth and successful upgrade.
We will send an update once maintenance begins and another when it is completed.
