We experienced an outage related to file and media access in Litium’s Serverless Cloud environment. The issue caused some media files (such as product images) to fail loading or display incorrectly, and features dependent on this storage layer (for example, CLI operations) were also affected. Other parts of the platform continued to operate normally. The problem was traced to an issue within the storage layer, and a fix was implemented. Services began recovering shortly after, and the incident was confirmed fully resolved later the same day. No data was lost. Litium continues to monitor the systems to ensure ongoing stability.
