Identified

We have identified the cause of the issue affecting log collection and outgoing email via our SMTP service.

Impact
Log ingestion has been interrupted since 07:40 CET, and outgoing email delivery via SMTP remains unavailable. No other services are affected.

Our team is currently working on implementing a fix to restore full functionality.

We will provide the next update by 11:00 CET.

Investigating

We are currently experiencing an issue affecting log collection and outgoing email sent via our SMTP service.

Impact
Log ingestion has been interrupted since 07:40 CET, and outgoing emails using our SMTP service are currently not being delivered. All other services are not affected at this time.

Our team is actively investigating the issue to identify the root cause and restore normal functionality.
