We will be performing scheduled maintenance on the Serverless Cloud platform on October 6 from 00:00 to 06:00 CET.
Purpose: Upgrade the underlying database platform to a newer SQL Server version and implement improvements to enhance performance, reliability, and long-term scalability.
Impact: Customer environments will remain operational for most of the maintenance window. During the upgrade process, each environment is expected to experience a brief service interruption of approximately 5-10 minutes. Larger environments may experience a longer interruption.
The maintenance window includes time for validation and monitoring activities to ensure a smooth and successful upgrade.
We will send an update once maintenance begins and another when it is completed.
