Cause/Resolution: The problem was traced to an issue within storage layer. A permanent fix has been implemented and verified. No data has been lost as a result of this incident.

Identified - We have identified the root cause of the storage issue affecting file access in Serverless Cloud.

Impact: Customers may see missing or failing media assets (such as product images and other file-based content), and some operations or applications that depend on this storage (for example the CLI) may be degraded or temporarily unavailable. Other platform functionality that does not rely on this storage continues to operate as normal.

Our team is currently implementing a fix to restore normal access and stability. We will provide the next update latest by 10:00 CET.

- Serverless jobs triggered via the CLI may experience minor delays during the maintenance window.
- SFTP access will remain fully operational with no expected downtime.

Important Notice:
After this maintenance, the SFTP endpoint will receive a new IP address. If you whitelist IP addresses for SFTP access, please ensure the following range is allowed:
185.16.85.1 – 185.16.85.254
